New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) register — operated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)

Verinty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the ABR, ATO, AUSTRAC, MBIE, or the New Zealand Companies Office.

2. Data Accuracy

Registry data displayed by Verinty reflects information held by the relevant government registry at the time of query. Verinty does not modify, interpret, or editorially alter registry data.

Verinty cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of registry data. The authoritative source for all ABN data is abr.business.gov.au. The authoritative source for all NZBN data is nzbn.govt.nz.

3. ABR Data Usage

Verinty accesses ABR data under the ABR's public data access terms. Users of Verinty who access ABR data through our platform agree to use that data in accordance with the ABR's terms of use, available at abr.business.gov.au/Tools/TermsOfUse.

4. NZBN Data Usage

Verinty accesses NZBN data under the NZBN register's public data access terms. Users agree to use NZBN data in accordance with MBIE's terms, available at nzbn.govt.nz/about-nzbn/terms-of-use.
